Earlier today, our partners from the United Way of Central Louisiana, Workforce Development Board 83 and HealthyBR gave great insight into building a collective impact project from the ground up. We learned about:
- Building coalitions and how much time it takes to prepare for funding requests
- Sharing power and giving an equal voice to partners
- Using tools and data to build and maintain a shared vision and agenda
