As communities across Louisiana grapple with the ways to improve the health of their residents, many pursue the idea of creating a Healthy City Coalition to lead that work. Collaboration seems like a good thing, but far too frequently these efforts wind up doing a lot with no measurable changes to show for it. Learn from two communities that have turned collaboration into measurable progress – from savings in healthcare to improvements infrastructure – and possibly more importantly, get their insights into how other communities can structure their efforts to create real progress.
