New Beginnings, an interdenominational outreach center, offers the at-risk children of Bastrop a safe place to learn, grow and become productive citizens. Created by the Rev. Nick Farone, New Beginnings helps children who have fallen through the cracks turn their lives around. Since 1994, he has made New Beginnings what it is today, working diligently with his own hands to convert donated properties into facilities for these at-risk youth.
