Sal Miletello of Shreveport is the founder and chairman of the board of Fully Devoted Developer of Children (FDDOC) Winners’ Circle, Inc., which provides after-school math and reading tutoring as well as enrichment opportunities to academically at-risk and socioeconomically disadvantaged youth.
