Charles Bennett, one of our most beloved Angels, has passed away at the age of 87. Charles and his wife Frances created Dreams Come True of Louisiana, which has brought relief and joy to thousands of Louisiana’s children facing life-threatening illness.
The Bennetts have been true friends and an inspiration to our community and our Foundation. If you’ve ever met them, you no doubt recognized two soulmates fueling each other on and doing wonderful, powerful, positive things with that energy and joy.
Our thoughts are with Frances and their children, grandchildren, and anyone whose lives were touched by Charles’ work (and there have been many).
